Sewage continuously flows through the device with a certain velocity. The level of contamination is determined by a water test taken in advance. In order to achieve full purification enough quantity of microorganisms should be accumulated on the surface of adsorbent (nozzle) to formulate bacterial complex. In a certain period polluted water passes the way of a certain length. And, multiplication of microorganisms takes place, which continues at 5 ⁰С and higher. After several days since the treatment plant starts working, water produced by the plant shows less signs of contamination. And, after 3-4 weeks the level of purification reaches 92-95%. The process of purification becomes stable, which demonstrates the end of formulating bacterial process.

Thereafter, purification takes place from 0 ⁰С до 35 ⁰С. The final products are harmless substances such as: water, carbonic acid and biogas.

The control over the bioreactor is possible by testing the water.

Being acquainted with the necessity of the plant in the purification machine of definite productivity it may be easily calculated the required volume of bioreactors, required quantity of adsorbents (nozzles) and etc.
